We use the best British Sedgwick bridle leathers. Our leather dog accessories are manufactured using full grain leather hides supplied by Abbey England, awarded a Royal Warrant to supply the King’s mounted Royal Guard, and if our leather is good enough for the King’s horses, we are sure your precious pooch will approve!
Our products are bespoke and unique and because of this our prices vary depending on your requirements. Please email, message, or call to enquire about what we can make to suit you. Every item is handmade to order, from start to finish. I do not carry any pre-made stock. Please allow 10-14 days for me to hand make and post your item(s). Once your order is placed, it will be added to my list of things to make on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

Classic leather dog leads are straightforward, strong flat 4mm thick British bridle leather leads available in practical lengths. These leads just get better with use and treatment with a good leather care product. They are soft, supple and comfortable in the hands; as with all of my leather goods, the edges are all bevelled and burnished. Classic leather dog leads are fitted with a strong swivel trigger clip and can be used as a shorter lead by either attaching the trigger clip to the ‘O’ ring in the handle (optional on 36″/91cm). This also enables you to easily carry the lead across your body when your dog is off the lead.
They are all individually handmade and hand-stitched, with a generous 7″ (17.5cm) handle loop. Available in 36″/91cm, 48″/122cm, 54″/137cm, 60″/152cm or 72″/182cm standard lengths, but other custom lengths can be made on request. Lengths do not include any rings or clips!
Lead Widths available in: 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm
A handy short leather dog lead for taller dogs when you need to keep your canine companion close to you! They are made in 10mm (0.4″), 15mm (0.6″), 20mm (3/4″) and 25mm (1″) widths. The length of the leather is 46cm (18″) with a generous 18cm (7″) hand loop. The trigger clip adds approximately 7.5cm to this. They are beautifully hand-stitched and available in a range of colours with a choice of solid brass or nickel-plated swivel trigger clip.
A leather dog hand loop is quite literally a dog handle! A generous 7″ (18cm) leather hand loop with a swivel trigger clip attached to clip on to your dog’s collar. It’s small enough to carry in your bag too! It’s made in both 3/4″ (20mm) and 1″ (25mm) widths in any of the colours. This is a great accessory for tall dogs or even smaller ones that actually spend most of their time off the lead but just sometimes you need to get a handle on them!

The leather dog training lead design is widely used by dog trainers and handlers, including the police, for obedience training. They are made in 4mm thick British bridle leather and available in 2 lengths (72″/182cm and 84″/213cm) and 3 widths (5/8″ / 16mm, 3/4″ / 20mm, 1″ / 25mm) and a choice of 2 colours – Aussie Nut & Black. They are individually handmade and handstitched with 2 solid heavyweight D-rings and 2 swivel trigger clips, which enable the lead to be used at different lengths or looped around the handler’s body.
You can choose an option for an extra loose ring to be fitted on the long section of the lead, between the 2 D rings. This will give greater flexibility in how you choose to use the lead. Just choose the width, length and colour that suits your requirements.
