Our classic dog collars and leads are currently available in black, Aussie nut brown or dark racing green, we also have Dark Havanna Veg Tan Leather, and Sedgwick Bowden Collection Whisky Tan. The padding is optional and is available in a huge array of colours and waxed threads for maximum strength and to add finishing details. The saddle stitching can create a beautiful contrasting detail. Your lead or collar can also be stamped with your dog’s name or your contact number.
There are times when you can’t find what you need ‘off the shelf. I mostly work in thicker bridle leathers so I can’t promise that I create what you’re looking for, particularly if you need something made in the thinner finer leathers like watch straps & wallets. You would need to locate someone who specialises in light-leather goods or even bookbinding for this type of work.
If you have something specific that you need making up, I may be able to help! It may be leather door handle straps for vintage cars, keyrings, tags. There are many disciplines in the world of leatherwork that do have techniques and tools in common but are also individual in their particular field of expertise.

If you have a favourite buckle that needs a new belt or something that has worn out and you need to replace it using the same specifications. As long as the buckle is sturdy and robust (not a flimsy lightweight type) then I should be able to make up a suitable belt from your specifications. Belts are generally sized by the length to 1st and last holes with a suggested waist size. If you are in any doubt just contact me for advice.
Leather is a natural material and if not cared for correctly it may become dry and eventually crack and break, so please take care of it and it will take care of you for many years. I offer leather cleaning and feeding. An example is this very sentimental dog lead that had been left in a garage for over 25 years.
Sometimes accidents happen – your dog chews through its lead or the stitching has worn through age, wear and tear. Good quality leather goods should last many years with the proper care so it is often more economical to repair those leather items than having to buy new, and we’re all conscious of the pennies! It may just be a favourite old dog lead or bridle that has sentimental attachment but if I can help, I will!
